In a recent Q&A on Twitter, James Gunn had some clarifying comments about which studio owns the Skrulls.
Q: “Why are the Kree availible but the Skrulls are at Fox. Surely there are associated with each other?”
Gunn’s answer: “Some specific Skrulls are at Fox. But the Skrulls as a whole are co-owned.”
