Joe Pesci Boards ‘The Irishman’ After Months Of Negotiation

Joe Pesci has finally joined Martin Scorsese’s The Irishman, Deadline reports. After months of talk between the two parties, a decision has been made.

Pesci will be co-starring alongside other all-time great actors such as Harvey Keitel and Robert De Niro; Al Pacino is currently in negotiations to star in the movie, too.

The Irishman is being funded and distributed by Netflix, but will receive a small theatrical release to qualify for the Oscars. Currently, the release date is not set, although 2019 is likely.
