‘Ant-Man’ Had An Alternate Ending, Changed For Future Films

Director Peyton Reed has been all over the globe on his press tour for Ant-Man, in a conversation with Cinemablend he brought up the original ending to the film and how it was changed to leave the story open for future tales.

“At the end of the movie he (Mitchell Carson) gets away and has these Cross particles, and there was a sequence where Ant-Man has an encounter with him. But then for a couple reasons, it felt like maybe we should leave those particles out there. In that original thing, he took Martin Donovan out and got the particles,” said Reed.

What are the “couple reasons” that Marvel left the Cross particles out in the Marvel Universe. Will the particles come back and haunt the Avengers in Captain America: Civil War?
