Check out ‘The Fate of The Furious‘, in theaters now!
Her Universe has been one of the femmegeek standards since it opened in 2010. Every time I went to Star Wars Weekends (insert moment of silence), one of the things I’d search for was Ms. Eckstein’s newest pieces. I even bought a dress to have her sign just so that I could meet her.
So color me nerdly happy when I woke up this morning to see that Laughing Place reported a whole new line of Her Universe stuff that’s in the hopper. (Check out the original for the discussions from the panel and some stuff that didn’t make it into this post!)
Y’all check this out. First, and I say this from a place of love, I never want to another article of clothing if I can’t have the hoodie below. I mean, you people are basically going to have to deal with a naked from the waist up me if I don’t get this when it comes out. It’s BB-8 everyone. B.B.8. (You may not know me well enough yet? But I have something that someone might call… well, I like passion. Everyone else uses “obsession.” Haters.)

There’s also some really great Stars Wars stuff that isn’t BB-8 based. The new AT-AT skirt looks kind of amazing. Laughing Place mentioned the poodle skirt design, but I thought that was just the shape. It wasn’t until I went back and looked at it that I said, “Dude, riiiigggght. AT-ATs look like dogs. Poodles are dogs. I get it now!” The idea is just the kind of referential design brilliance that Her Universe does so well.
Image: Laughing Squid
These kinds of references have meaning for femmegeeks in the workplace. Her Universe manages to abstract fandom to make it fit in with daily life while making it completely recognizable to the nerd girl. These patterns come in perfect for women wanting to rep their fandoms in the office. Take a look at the Alice in Wonderland magic teacup inspired works here. Really? If I still worked corporate, I could crazy rep my fandom and the conservative insurance industry would have no idea what I was doing. It’s like being an undercover geek. Totally, beautifully, femmely subserversive.

Then we have things like the Haunted Mansion inspired stuff. To be honest, I almost almost wish I had a wedding to go to. (No, not really…I hate weddings. But you get the fancy idea.) The lines on these and the designs make them perfect fancy wear. Honestly, I love the pink one the most because it reminds me of Anna from Frozen.

All in all, it’s exciting to see where Her Universe is taking these new designs. I love the fandoms that they rep. I also like seeing them go a little further to be able to add more types of fans and more styles.
It’s been a while since I reviewed a beer from Lake of Bays Brewing Company. The last one I reviewed was their 10 Point English IPA, and before that I reviewed their Top Shelf Classic Lager. I’ve enjoyed the Lake of Bays brews I’ve had in the past, so I was happy to see a 473-mL can of their Golden Chai Ale, part of Lake of Bays’ Wild North Series, at my local LCBO. Always interested in trying new brews, I wasted no time in pouring what I hope will be a spicy and flavourful beer.
Lake of Bays Brewing Co: Golden Chai Ale – First Sip
Golden Chai Ale pours a slightly cloudy straw yellow colour with a healthy amount of foam that reduces to a thin layer at the top of my pint glass. This brew has a slightly fruity smell. I had expected it to smell spicier. When I take my first sip I taste lots of malty orange flavours upfront that slowly fade to a cinnamon-y, clove-y aftertaste. With a relatively low carbonation level, Golden Chai Ale has a smooth mouthfeel. It’s surprisingly easy to drink for a flavoured ale.
Lake of Bays Brewing Co: Golden Chai Ale – Last Sip
Although I had expected a more robust chai flavour when I purchased this brew, its chai personality is there. It’s just subtle. After finishing a tall can, I have a strong sense of it and would definitely like to have a couple more.
Unlike with some other flavoured craft brews, subtle is the word. As the can promises, this is a good beer to crack open in the spring, but with its gritty cinnamon aftertaste this is also a good beer to have when it’s cold out. Because of its smooth-drinking quality, you’ll have to keep track of how many you’ve had, especially because this surprisingly smooth beer weighs in at a respectable 5.2% ABV.
The mix between anime and sports always crosses a fine line. Trying to integrate sports into the show while still retaining anime viewers who avoid the genre. Major stands at the top of all sports anime/manga, by being a masterpiece in every right. Take a look at Major with me, showing that old is truly gold.
So What is Major About?
Honda Goro was born into a baseball family, his father a professional baseball player in Japan. With a mindset only focused on baseball, Goro trains every day to further hone his skills to achieve the same greatness as his father. Will Goro’s love for baseball be enough to weather the hardships of life, no matter how it turns out?
Personal Thoughts
Giving a clear summary of Major without giving away any of the plot is almost impossible with this anime. There are twists and turns right from the beginning and to give it away now would be rude to you, the reader.
What needs to be made clear right from the start is that while this is a sport based anime, it has its fair share of drama. To date, I haven’t seen a single sports anime come close to the perfection this show has produced. Being able to teach the basics of baseball to novices, and at the same time keep experts entertained. Keeping the relationships of friends and family together, while being so far apart. Tying together a great story into anime and yet never feeling apart from reality.
What really hooks me in though, is that it is a series with a clear start and end. When you finish the entire series you feel fulfilled, not wanting more to the story or any less. While it is a bit longer, 154 episodes, 3 OVA (Original Video Animation), and 1 movie. Each part helps finish the story or fill you in. By the end of it, I fell in love with the story of Honda Goro. It is the kind of story that is both entertaining and touching, what every anime should aspire to be.
Should You take the Mound?
Yes. It is all I can really say. Both the length of the anime and content included fit hand in hand. It doesn’t feel long or drawn out like some of Shounen Jump’s titles, or jumping to an abrupt end. Other baseball titles like Diamond no Ace or Ookiku Furikabutte do not come close to what Major has achieved. Instead, what Major does is tell you the story of Honda Goro, and lets you live with him as he pursues his dream. It is all you can really ask for.
Virtual reality content producers are trying to make content more accessible for more users. For Google this equation means more accessibility for all. On this front Google introduces WebVR Experiments. Google added WebVR to Chrome on phones that were Daydream ready. This simulates the Samsung approach by making the Google Cardboard able to function with any Android phone to view WebVR content. However each of these experiences is accessible using a normal browser on any phone, tablet or computer in 2D.
This addition confronts a few of the current problems regarding quickly producing viable virtual reality content. Also effected are content creators who could be encouraged into producing more. The problems virtual reality proponents currently have to manage include equipment complexity, content coding and availability of experiences. The truth is it can be difficult to expose a large populations of people to virtual reality with current offerings.
Exposure
One of the primary reasons for the lack of virtual reality exposure is equipment. Potential users have various access issues with VR due to equipment prices and lack of conformity across the market. This opening foray into a more flexible virtual reality experience is in light of other virtual reality entities trying to bridge the gap. Intel, Microsoft and Facebook have invested in ‘inside-out tracking’ to try and make the experience cordless. While this is a great goal to make VR less equipment oriented, it does not confront developing user exposure growth. These cordless headsets will still be considerably expensive. In addition, these innovations are months from being market ready.
Content Creation
With access to the web being one of the primary factors, content creation is also modified. Google’s WebVRExperiments opens the door for experimentation in virtual reality. Virtual reality creation is possible with little overhead or cost on the part of the consumer or content creator. This is an aspect they are hoping will create more content developers as a result. The examples currently available on WebVRExperiments have a variety of virtual reality interaction methods. Using a virtual reality headset, the user can interact with the content through directional and voice commands. The versatility comes with this being web based. This allows users to also interact with the VR experiences in a browser with a mouse or finger.
Development
Opening the platform like this let’s WebVR position itself much like other APIs or development kits. This one is just specifically for virtual reality. On the WebVR Experiments site, Google has open source code for the already submitted projects. Being web based, the only coding really needed is JavaScript. Developers can build then upload virtual reality experiences, sharing their work without much fuss.
Implications
Making virtual reality more accessible helps the market in general. The content creators will be able to develop virtual reality concepts without needing to invest thousands of dollars for equipment. There will still be a bar for high quality content. However this innovation allows for more diversity in the talent pool of virtual reality creators. One of the hardest aspects of virtual reality creation is getting the equipment that makes creation possible. Then there is possibly learning the ‘ins and outs’ of new languages. Unity is one of the primary game developing systems for virtual reality creation. Unity projects can be adapted in JavaScript to be WebVR viable. As a developer it can be a great way to begin to storyboard, concept and develop bigger virtual reality projects. When creating new content, rapid ways to produce proof of concepts can only help funding initiative and endeavors.
For the potential audience this opens up a new avenue and direction to explore virtual reality from. With more exposure through a web based platform, potential VR consumers will be able to ‘test’ drive the concept of virtual reality. This is a low cost way to determine what virtual reality can provide for their entertainment value and needs.
Needless to say, The twelfth Doctor’s final series is sure to be filled with many twists and surprises when it returns this Saturday, April 15. Friends and foes from The Doctor’s past (and future) are sure to pop up. So, who else should make a return – be it in series 10, or 11, or 12? Here are characters that should have another shot on Doctor Who.
(Just for fun, The Face of Boe, River Song, or Captain Jack Harkness are NOT on this list. They are on every single list of this nature, and it’s best to dig a little deeper.)
The Doctor’s first companion, and the granddaughter of The Doctor, the Time Lady was born Arkytior, but adopted the alias Susan Foreman and maintained it throughout her life. She was forced to depart the TARDIS by her grandfather, who believed that she needed to leave to pursue a normal life with a man she fell in love with.
Though Susan has returned numerous times in audio stories and novels, none of them are considered canon. Susan has presumably gone through a number of regenerations, as her grandfather did. Many expected her to return for the 50th anniversary special. Is she living a quiet life on earth? Or did she manage to find her own adventures in time and space, leading up to an inevitable path-crossing with her grandfather?
2. The Dream Lord
A psychic manifestation of The Eleventh Doctor’s character and given life by cosmic pollen, The Dream Lord taunted The Doctor, Amy, and Rory in the series 5 episode ‘Amy’s Choice.’ Toby Jones portrayed The Dream Lord as maniacal and downright creepy, questioning The Doctor and his companions’ reality, as well as testing their trust in each other. And let’s not forget that The Dream Lord was, quite literally, in their heads, which brings his villainy to a new level.
This “character,” or aspect of The Doctor’s persona is due for a comeback. What if The Dream Lord found a way to break free and become corporeal? What if he had the same ability to trap people in his dream world creations — this time on a global scale? That would make for some good TV.
3. The Rani
Like Like The Master, The Rani is a villainous Time Lady who knew both The Doctor and Master when they were youngsters. Played by Kate O’Mara, The Rani first appeared in the ‘Classic Who’ series 22 episode The Mark of the Rani against Colin Baker’s sixth Doctor. She would reprise her role a few years later, in the series 24 episode Time and the Rani, where her direct attack caused the regeneration of the sixth Doctor into Sylvester McCoy’s seventh Doctor. There was meant to be another story arc that featured Rani, but was shelved due to Doctor Who being put on hiatus in 1989.
Though not canon, she returned in the 1993 charitable special Dimensions in Time, where she attempts to trap the first seven incarnations of The Doctor in a time loop. She has since returned in a number of audio dramas and novels, but never officially since Doctor Who returned to airwaves in 2005. It was rumored that Melissa Gomez was playing The Rani when her character was still a mystery in series 8. That was obviously put to rest when it was revealed she was Missy, the latest regenerative form of The Master.
4. Jenny
Appearing in the series 4 episode The Doctor’s Daughter, Jenny was the clone/daughter of the Tenth Doctor, created from his DNA. The Doctor, Donna Noble and Martha Jones travel to the planet Messaline, arriving right in the middle of a war between humans the Hath. A sample of The Doctor’s skin is forcibly taken and, with future tech, creates a fully-grown woman in combat attire. The cloning, as it turns out, is a method to grow the number of soldiers to fight against the Hath. Little did they know they’d be cloning the last of the Time Lords.
Jenny takes a bullet for her “father,” when Cobb, the leader of the human army, is angered that The Doctor denied his murder of the Hath. Jenny dies, leaving The Doctor distraught. After he and his companions leave on the TARDIS, Jenny is miraculously revived, and leaves on an escape shuttle, saying she is has “a lot to see, planets to save, rescue civilizations, monsters to defeat, and an awful lot of running to do.” It seems like she took after her old man.
5. Omega
Omega was a Galifreyan, a founding member of the Time Lord Society, and the creator of the Eye of Harmony. The Eye of Harmony is the source energy for the planet Galifrey and their time travel technology. In the process of creating the energy, he was sucked into the black hole he created and imprisoned in a pocket universe where he gained god-like powers — as well as a desire for revenge.
The evil Time Lord made his first appearance in 4-episode story arc, The Three Doctors, featuring the first three incarnations of The Doctor trapped in the black hole Omega accidentally created. Omega would return in the Fifth Doctor episode Arc of Infinity, the audio play Omega, the novel The Infinity Doctors, and the game book Search for the Doctor.
6. Fenric/The Great Old Ones
Fenric, according to the TARDIS wikia, is also known as Hastur the Unspeakable, Aboo-Fenrán, the Wolf, and the Hunger. He was an immensely powerful, purely evil force, old as the universe itself. Fenric was a member of The Great Old Ones, God-like beings that existed before the universe itself, spreading evil, chaos, and destruction wherever they went. Fenric made his first appearance in the “Classic Who” series 26 episode The Curse of Fenric, an enemy of Sylvester McCoy’s Seventh Doctor. He would return in the audio stories Gods and Monsters and Black and White.
The Doctor defeated Fenric in a game of chess, sending him to a realm (contained within a flask) called The Shadow Dimension. It seems like a no-brainer to bring back a character like Fenric, along with the other Great Old Ones. It would make for a great sendoff to Capaldi’s Doctor, having him take on beings that represent the physical laws of the universe.
7. Clara/Ashildr
Clara Oswald, who seemed more like a filler companion for Matt Smith’s Doctor, really shined as a “carer” for Capaldi’s Time Lord. In the series 9 episode, Face of the Raven, Clara met her demise in a most emotional way. However, after spending 4.5 billion years trapped in a pocket universe that led him back to Galifrey, the Doctor found a way to save her. Pulled out of time by the Time Lords’ extractor technology, Clara was trapped between two heartbeats, technically dead but ageless and alive.
What’s an impossible girl to do? Join forces with Ashildr, a young viking girl given immortality by The Doctor. She popped up every now and again throughout series 9, burdened by her eternal life. Eventually, Ashildr helped Clara make The Doctor forget their time together on the TARDIS. The two then left aboard a new TARDIS. Clara decided to return to Gallifrey to face her death… eventually. Since her heart was literally frozen in time, and now ageless like Ashildr, there isn’t any harm in taking “a long way back.” Clara and Ashildr left Galifrey, exploring time and space in their very own TARDIS.
Many fans petitioned for a spin-off series, but both Jenna Coleman and Maisie Williams are tied up in other projects. But why should that stop them from crossing paths with The Doctor amidst their adventures in time and space.
8. Sutekh
A member of an alien race called the Osirians, and encountered by the Fourth Doctor in the ‘Classic Who’ series 13 episode Pyramids of Mars. Sutekh destroyed his planet and continued his destruction across the galaxy until his brother Horus imprisoned him in another dimensions.
Sutekh was a terrifying monster, and a truly formidable foe of The Doctors. He was easily able to possess humans to do his bidding. His powers of telekinesis even overpowered The Doctor himself. Sutekh is one of the top ‘Classic Who’ monsters that has yet to make an appearance in the new series.
9. The Eighth Doctor
Paul McGann’s Eighth Doctor made his first appearance in the underwhelming 1996 made-for-tv-movie in an attempt to revive the series after it had been off the air for a decade. Thankfully, the fans, as well as the creative minds behind Doctor Who would not let Eight’s story fall through the cracks of time. His incarnation has received a thorough fleshing out in audio books and novels over the last 20 years. And then there was The Night of the Doctor – a prequel minisode for the 50th anniversary special, The Day of the Doctor. His portrayal of a withered and desperate Time Lord for an all-too-brief 7 minutes was enough to get Whovians clamoring for more. There have been many petitions to bring the Eighth Doctor back in a spin-off series about his adventures leading up to and during the Time War.
The Doctor has crossed paths with his former and future selves a few times in the series history. Wouldn’t it be something to see McGann’s Doctor on our screens again? So come on, give Eight the chance he deserves.

There are 3500 miles of road between Berkeley and Providence, and the titular TJ and Amal banter, bicker and drive across every inch of it in E.K. Weaver’s graphic novel, The Less than Epic Adventures of TJ and Amal.
The graphic novel started posting online as a webcomic on December 16th, 2009, and the final strip posted on May 13, 2014. Three years later, the comic has won the 2015 Lambda Award for LGBT Graphic Novel and the 2016 Harvey Award for Best Graphic Novel reprint, and been nominated for the 2016 Eisner Award.
It’s hardly a spoiler to give away that this is a romance comic. Amal’s sexuality and difficulty coming out to his parents is a major motivator of the story. However, TJ and Amal are fully realized people in their own right – far more than their sexualities and tragic pasts alone. It’s a road trip story, a coming-out story, a romance, and many other things besides. However, it never becomes a queer tragedy or a spectacle. It isn’t putting on a show for anybody. In fact, it reads more like a diary than anything else.
TJ AND AMAL: THE ART
TJ and Amal is Weaver’s first comic, but despite being a freshman effort, it’s a stellar example of how to use panel placement and body language to tell a story. Weaver sometimes goes full chapters without using dialogue, resting on her considerable art skills instead.
The entire comic is drawn and shaded in pencil graphite and ink, in full-page spreads. Weaver details the process here and goes more into depth in an interview with Comics Alliance.
“Depending on detail, content, and amount of retouch needed, a single page can take anywhere from 4 hours to 25 hours. I’d say my current average is 10 hours per page from pencils to print-ready.”
It’s a labour of love, and the work shows on every single page.
The Less than Epic Adventures of TJ and Amal is available in softcover and hardcover here, or read online in its entirety. It is recommended for readers 18 and above.
Spike TV has finally released the trailer for their adaptation of “The Mist“. Based on the 200 page novella by Stephen King and drawing from the 2007 movie of the same name. Th network has kept details of the show scarce. Until now!
This will be the story of a town trying to escape the nightmares that live within “The Mist”. All the while trying to survive the fear and danger that those around them will also pose. Very little has been revealed in the trailer. There is enough however to get us excited.
New Characters
The Copeland’s
Eve Copeland(Alyssa Sutherland) – A school teacher who has often been the center of small town gossip. She’s had a wild past that will catch up with her when she delivers a controversial sex education class. Show creator Christian Torpe has said in an EW interview, ”She was sort of a wild child, and the town still subliminally holds her sexuality against her. There’s a lot of misogyny under the surface.”
Alex Copeland (Gus Birney) – From the trailer it appears that she will be stranded with her mother. She has been described as the opposite to her mother. A young woman who plays by the rules but has started to develop a rebellious streak as “The Mist” rolls into town.
Kevin Copeland (Morgan Spector) – Described as the eternal nice guy with a strong moral compass. It will be interesting to see how his choices are affected by the mysterious mist outside. Torpe had this to say about him,“He believes in all the right values of kindness and forgiveness, but they’re easy values for him. He’s never been tested. I wanted to test: Does he have the courage of his convictions, or will he break under enough pressure?”
Small Town, Big Characters
The Copeland family aren’t the only characters we will be seeing in the show however.
Nathalie Raven(Frances Conroy) – The Copeland’s neighbor. Her character description sounds familiar to original movie villain Mrs Carmody. Part prophet, part martyr Nathalie sounds like she will be helping to fill the human horror aspect of the show. She is going to have strong ties with the town sheriff. With Conroy on board though, this is a role that will be captivating to watch.
Jonah Dixon – (Okezie Morro) – An amnesic soldier. In the trailer we are led to believe he is tied to the mysterious Arrowhead. A key feature of the movie were the links between Arrowhead and the arrival of “The Mist”. As his memory returns will the audience perception of him change?
Mia Lambert –(Danica Curcic) – She will be teaming up with Jonah. A Drug addict, she is in town searching for money. She appears battered and bloody at one point in the trailer. How far is she willing to go to get to the cash?
“It’s more about people seeking answers than the answers themselves,”
Gus Redman – (Isiah Whitlock Jr) – Mall facility manager. Thorpe had this to say about the character “With a good hundred survivors trapped in the mall, he tries to rise to the occasion and become the respected leader he always felt he was supposed to be. He’s trying to establish his own empire.”
Connor Heisel – (Darren Pettie) – The town sheriff. He is going to have a twisted “mother-son” sort of relationship with Nathalie Raven. He is the father to high school football player Jay. Will he have to suffer through the repercussions of his son’s violent tendencies?
Jay Heisel – (Luke Cosgrove) – The local jock and son to town sheriff. He has been accused of a brutal crime. In the trailer he appears to be kissing another male cast member before the situation turns violent.
Adrian Garff – (Russell Posner)- He will be “insecure young teenager who comes to the defense of his best friend Alex, after she is the victim of a brutal crime. A witness to the crime, he finds himself at the center of a controversy which threatens to rip apart the community.” Could be he the person Jay is kissing in the trailer?
Multiple Locations
The original movie and novella set all the action within the confines of a supermarket. The setting was part of what worked so well in the movie. There was no escape past the parking lot. The few who tried almost all failed. Even those who did escape found that the choices outside were unthinkable.
The trailer however shows us multiple locations. There’s the mall where Gus Redman will be located. There’s also a church which seems to house Nathalie Raven. Further adding to the Mrs Carmody feel to her character. Will she be preaching the word of the Lord though? Near the end of the trailer in flashes we see what looks like a hotel and a hospital. While these could be flashbacks it seems unlikely. One interesting shot in the trailer seems to the show grocery store from the original Darabont movie. Although this could just be coincidence. It’s also been confirmed that “The Mist” will roll in slowly to the town.
“We establish different little pressure cookers”
Adding multiple locations with different characters will be an interesting twist on the original. Especially if they used the chance to expand on the bones of the movie which will be taking place at the same time. It would be a good opportunity to show us what happened to the people in the chemist’s. A vital part of the original film. Building upon events that are currently happening only stands to add flesh to the original novella.
The Mist – 2007 Movie
Potential Answers
In his EW Interview show creator Christian Torpe stated, “It has a constant ebb and flow communication with the novella. But who knows? Maybe some of the original characters will make a cameo at some point.” Could he be referring to Melissa McBrides character who was desperate to get home to her children and stood to be one of the few survivors? Eagle eyed viewers of the Frank Darabont movie also noticed a certain cowboy painting at the start of the movie. Could this show also provide a link with the upcoming Dark Tower movie? With so many Stephen King projects coming out this year, the opportunities to link is certainly there.
The Human Threat
While the trailer does hint at monsters from the great beyond, it goes to great lengths to not show any. We get a slight teasing with the below image taken from instagram. Not quite on the same scale as the Lovecraftian monsters from the original movie.
What we do get to see however is the human dangers. Much like the original, it seems that the majority of the horror will come within. Torphe seems to emphasis this “We look around at what’s going on in the world, and everyone is constantly looking for someone to blame, or someone to lead them to the promised land. They find people to hate, either because of their gender or race or faith. Those are elements we tap into — how fear drives things like misogyny and homophobia.”
Hurry Up June 22nd! We also finally have an air date. The ten part series will be debuting June 22nd at 9pm. We will be tuning in eager to experience the horror once again. Will you?
Sam Elliott is going to be in a movie, from producer John Sayles and director Robert Krzykowski, called The Man Who Killed Hitler and Then Bigfoot. Is there really anything else you need to know to be excited for this one?
In case maybe you do, here’s a little plot from the Deadline report:
The story follows a legendary American war veteran named Calvin Barr (Elliott) who, decades after serving in WWII and assassinating Adolf Hitler, must now hunt down the fabled Bigfoot. Living a peaceful life in New England, the former veteran is contacted by the FBI and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police to lead the charge as the creature is carrying a deadly plague and is hidden deep inside the Canadian wilderness.
So, yeah, sounds pretty wild. But in all the best ways. The Man Who Killed Hitler and Then Bigfoot is the sort of movie we need more of, films with wildly imaginative originality. And Sam Elliott in the lead role is pretty kickass in and of itself.
There’s no other news surrounding cast or release date, but the movie will start shooting this August. Keep an eye out for (inhales) The Man Who Killed Hitler and Then Bigfoot.
DC All Access caught up with Wonder Woman director Patty Jenkins at CinemaCon and just released the interview for the first time. In the video below Jenkins discusses the unique fight scenes that we’ll see from Wonder Woman and the chemistry between Gal Gadot and Chris Pine. From what the director states, we should expect one of the most genuine romances in recent cinema history.
Before she was Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, Diana meets an American pilot (Chris Pine) who tells her about the massive conflict that’s raging in the outside world. Convinced that she can stop the threat, Diana leaves her home for the first time. Fighting alongside men in a war to end all wars, she finally discovers her full powers and true destiny.
Wonder Woman is directed by Patty Jenkins and stars Gal Gadot (Diana Prince), Chris Pine (Steve Trevor), Connie Nielsen (Hippolyta), Lucy Davis (Etta Candy), Robin Wright (Antiope), David Thewlis (Ares). Danny Huston, Elena Anaya, Elena Anaya, Saïd Taghmaoui, and Ann Wolfe will also star. The film will land in theaters on June 2, 2017!
