First Official Clip From ‘Wonder Woman’ Shows The Warrior In Action

Let’s Hope This Is The Last Time Steve Trevor Doubts Wonder Woman

After being criticized for the lack of marketing, things have picked up for ‘Wonder Woman‘ recently. With plenty of trailers and TV spots to go around, it was time to actually see a scene from this highly-anticipated project. The first clip dropped online and it effectively showcased the many facets of ‘Wonder Woman‘.

In the clip, Steve Trevor (Chris Pine) and Diana Prince (Gal Gadot) are cornered in an alleyway. Steve Trevor tries to protect Diana Prince but ends up needing saving himself. Using her bulletproof wrist gauntlets, Diana blocks oncoming bullets and hands out a major ass kicking. It’s odd to see Steve doubt Diana’s abilities as he’s obviously seen her on the island by this point. Maybe the role of protector is something he will struggle with.

More than just story, this clip also shows off some stunning camerawork and a pretty entertaining fight scene. For those doubting if ‘Wonder Woman‘ will look good, I’m curious to see their position on the film after this.

Let me know what you think about this clip in the comments below!

“Before she was Wonder Woman she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained warrior. When a pilot crashes and tells of conflict in the outside world, she leaves home to fight a war to end all wars, discovering her full powers and true destiny.”

The film stars Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Robin Wright, David Thewlis, Danny Huston, Elena Anaya, Connie Nielsen, Ewen Bremner, and Lucy Davis.

Check it in theaters on June 2, 2017!
