Drew Goddard Steps In To Write ‘Deadpool 2’

It looks like the Deadpool sequel has found its new writer.

Collider is reporting that Drew Goddard, who’s known for The Martian and Season One of Marvel’s Daredevil, is set to pen Deadpool 2.

Both Collider and Ryan Reynolds confirmed Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick are still heavily involved with the sequel.

Following the 2016 surprise that was Deadpool, this upcoming sequel stars Ryan Reynolds reprising his role as the “Merc with a Mouth”.
