The Cloverfield franchise is expanding quickly, with Cloverfield: God Particle expected to release in April or sooner if a Netflix deal is worked out, a fourth film has emerged Cloverfield: Overlord with a release date of October 26, 2018.
According to a report by Slashfilm, Overlord is directed by Julius Avery and stars Wyatt Russell and Jovan Adepo.

On the eve of D-Day, American paratroopers are dropped behind enemy lines to carry out a mission crucial to the invasion’s success. But as they approach their target, they begin to realize there is more going on in this Nazi-occupied village than a simple military operation. They find themselves fighting against supernatural forces, part of a Nazi experiment.

God Particle is expected to have a trailer during Super Bowl LII. The story follows a group of astronauts who make a horrifying discovery while on a space station orbiting around the Earth.
God Particle is directed by Julian Onah and stars David Oyelowo, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Ziyi Zhang, Elizabeth Debicki, Daniel Brühl and Chris O’Dowd.
