Steven Spielberg is in the thick of Ready Player One right now, and since everything these days is shown to us as they happen we now have a whole slew of set photos and a few videos to go along with it.
Ready Player One is filming right now in Birmingham, in the U.K., and since the set is fairly open people are snapping pics and filming quick videos. Here’s a few photos:

So the photos are mostly set pics, and that mail truck we saw in the first set photo a couple of weeks back. Here are a handful of videos where we see Spielberg and a few of the actors working on things:

There you have it. There are a few more Ready Player One set photos out there, but they are pretty redundant with these. It will be interesting to see how Spielberg handles Ernest Cline’s pop-culture heavy novel. There are references to all sorts of films, some Spielberg films, and others from his buddies George Lucas and Robert Zemeckis.
Tye Sheridan stars alongside Simon Pegg, Ben Mendelsohn, Mark Rylance, T.J. Miller, and Olivia Cooke. We’ll see the finished product March 30, 2018.
