‘Assassin’s Creed’ Trailer Debuts

Video game movies have a long tradition of not being very good and everyone who comes into the genre proclaims that this is going to be the one that changes that. Assassin’s Creed has a lot of pressure on it since this is one of the biggest attempts of make this genre work. Ubisoft has had a lot of input this time around and it looks interesting if nothing else.

Assassin’s Creed stars Michael Fassbender (X-Men: Apocalypse, Macbeth, Prometheus) and Marion Cotillard (Inception, The Dark Knight Rises, Macbeth). It is being directed by Justin Kurzel (Macbeth) and is being written by Bill Collage, Adam Cooper, and Michael Lesslie. It is being released on December 21, 2016.
