Filmmaker and author Seth Grahame-Smith, who is best known for Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, and Dark Shadows is in talks with for Warner Bros. to direct The Flash, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The Flash will be introduced in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and then be part of the ensemble cast in Justice League Part 1.
Ezra Miller has been cast as Barry Allen and Phil Lord and Christopher Miller worked on the story but have since departed the project.
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice will be in theaters on March 25, 2016, Justice League Part 1 is set for a November 17, 2017 release, and The Flash will be in theaters the following year on March 3, 2018.
