Podo, Stickable Camera Crushes Kickstarter Goal

When we last checked Kickstarter, Podo Labs had raised $375,472 from 3,169 backers for their Podo, the first stick and shoot camera. The Podo takes 8 MP photos and shoots video in 720p at 30 fps.

Podo Labs with 12 days left in their Kickstarter are trying to reach their $500k stretch goal, which include upgrades to the app and modifications to the LED flash on the camera. The startup has sold more than 3,500 camera in the initial offering.
