Michelle Williams is in talks to join Sony’s Venom movie, Variety reports.
The actress is said to play a lawyer who is also Tom Hardy’s love interest in the film.
Williams would join a cast we really don’t know much about. Besides Hardy, the only other actor cast in the film is Riz Ahmed, and even he hasn’t been officially confirmed for the role.

Venom takes place in a seperate universe from the Marvel cinematic universe, and will be directed by Ruben Fleischer. Scott Rosenberg and Jeff Pinkner are set to pen the the script.
