Hot Rumor: Matt Reeves Set To Direct ‘The Batman’

The director of ‘Cloverfield’ and ‘War for the Planet of the Apes’ Matt Reeves, is in talks with Warner Bros. to direct ‘The Batman’ after Ben Affleck walked away from the director’s chair in January, according to sources at Variety.

Reeves has committed to directing the project but no official deal has been announced.
