For centuries our ancestors fought together against a common enemy! HBO has released an amazing and action-packed new trailer for Game Of Thrones season seven, displaying the raised stakes for the upcoming episodes. There’s a lot of footage to digest but the most obvious and noteworthy piece of information is the fact that we might see Jon Snow team-up with one of the great Westeros houses to defeat the White Walkers. While we don’t get to see who Jon is talking to, he is clearly attempting to forget the past and gain the help of an enemy. Speaking as a fan, I would assume that he’s attempting to reason with Daenerys and persuade her that the White Walkers do exist.

This trailer doesn’t offer too much in terms of story, but it does have a major focus on Sansa and suggests that Sophie Turner’s character will be taking an even darker turn in the latest season. We also get a glimpse of Daenerys as she makes her way to Westeros (finally) as well as Arya, who seems to be travelling back home where hopefully she will come back into contact with Jon and Sansa. We also get a small look at the Night King and his White Walker army, who will likely be featured more in the upcoming seasons. Game Of Thrones is well known for delivering some of the best battles on television and I can happily say that after watching this trailer, season seven looks like the most brutal so far.
