With San Diego Comic-Con only a couple days away, Marvel has released a new mini-teaser for Netflix’s The Punisher.

Frank Castle, played by Jon Bernthal, was first seen in season two of Daredevil. After positive buzz, Netflix and Marvel proceeded to greenlight a Punisher show, which will land on Netflix later this year.
We know The Defenders hits the streaming service in mid-August, which likely points to a November or December release for The Punisher.
“After the murder of his family, Frank Castle is both haunted and hunted. In the criminal underworld, he’ll become known as The Punisher.”
Steve Lightfoot is the showrunner, with the cast comprised of Ebon Moss-Bachrach,Ben Barnes, Jason R. Moore, Daniel Webber, and Deborah Ann Woll.
