‘The Defenders’ Assemble At New York Comic Con… Almost

Three of the four Defenders got together for a selfie at New York Comic Con Saturday afternoon. Daredevil (Charlie Cox), Power Man (Mike Colter), and Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter) were waiting for Iron Fist to show up but he never arrived.

Phase One of Marvel’s TV plan is to have individual seasons of the heroes named above, and then have a 10-episode The Defenders mini series that brings them all together. Jessica Jones comes out in Novembers, season two of Daredevil will be out in April of 2016, Luke Cage is currently filming its first season. The only character to be established is Danny Rand (Iron Fist).

Netflix announced back in July that you should expect a Marvel Series to be released every six months.
