Last week it was announced that DC’s Legends Of Tomorrow would have an episode with Jonah Hex. Today, Deadline is reporting that Johnathon Schaech will play the antihero in The CW’s drama in a guest-starring role with a possibility to recur.
Jonah Woodson Hex was created by writer John Albano and artist Tony DeZuniga. Hex is a surly and cynical bounty hunter whose face is horribly scarred on the right side. Despite his poor reputation and personality, Hex is bound by a personal code of honor to protect and avenge the innocent.
Legends of Tomorrow features Firestorm, The Atom, White Canary, Rip Hunter, Heat Wave, Captain Cold, Hawkgirl, and Hawkman.

Schaech is best known for his role in That Thing You Do!
Schaech joins Brandon Routh, Caity Lotz, Victor Garber, Wentworth Miller, Dominic Purcell, Ciara Renée, Franz Drameh, Arthur Darvill and Falk Hentschel in the series.
DC’s Legends Of Tomorrow premieres January 21 on The CW.
