This series will be a brief, semi-comedic review of the CW superhero shows. You can check out last week’s review post here. The only shows discussed will be ‘Arrow’, ‘Flash’, and ‘Supergirl’. There WILL be some spoilers discussed, so only look at the reviews you’re up to date on!
2. The Flash, “Elongated Journey Into Night” (Oct 31st)
THE FLASH introduces two new characters that feel… well, like nothing new. Ralph Dibny is a man-child P.I. who turns into Not Plastic Man. He’s an okay character, but feels like well-trod territory. I’m sure it’ll be fun when Elongated Man eventually gets a spot on LEGENDS OF TOMORROW. Danny Trejo playing a Daddy Drax-esque character to Gypsy. Cisco’s relationship with Gypsy has always been amusing, but not super groundbreaking. The episode doesn’t do a lot of new stuff, but it’s fun nonetheless.
