CW ‘Arrow’ – Producer Teases Green Lantern’s Introduction

Marc Guggenheim the executive producer and writer of the CW’s Arrow released some production art for Arrow Season 4 Monday morning on Twitter.

The production art is a postcard for Coast City, the home of Hal Jordan a.k.a. the Green Lantern.

The postcard says,
“In brightest day
In blackest night
Come to Coast City
When money’s tight”

Is Guggenheim teasing the introduction of Hal Jordan, and if so, how long till Green Lantern appears?
