The Sol Emeralds are basically the Chaos Emeralds parallel counterparts from Blaze’s dimension. There are seven of the as well. As for Blaze, yeah you got me there, but then again it was probably the only way to explain her absence in the game that preceded these comics, since Sonic team never bother explaining how the Phantom Ruby affects other dimensions other than Classic Sonic’s in detail (He was kind of shoehorned in that game’s plot honestly) and why it wasn’t causing trouble at Blaze’s dimension or others.
