That is it. I don’t even care if they are a huge fan. IMO it worked with Gareth Edwards, but fell a little short with JJ. So instead of putting on a list of qualifiers that have nothing to do with talent (religion, sex, skin color, amount of body hair…) just pick the best most qualified person.
