Exactly. They claim to have filmed enough Joker footage to cut a full length movie from it, we only saw about 3 minutes of it, how can you trash someone’s performance when you haven’t seen 99% of what he did. Plus if anything the Joker was one of the few highlights in this movie, even with his limited screen time.

If anything the studio owes him an apology for cutting so many of his scenes and not allowing his character to shine. However wrote this article is a borderline hack. Sure, the movie sucked but that isn’t Leto’s fault and we don’t really know if his performance was good or not because he didn’t get enough screen time to tell. His method acting isn’t something that should be made into a controversy for the sake of getting clicks on your article. Method acting shows dedication and Leto was clearly dedicated to this roll even if you didn’t like his performance. It feels like the author of this article has some kind of personal vendetta against Leto because he’s attempting to blame Leto for things that are obviously not his fault.
