I think it is hr because he was the only person that was not shown in the preview for the coming up episode so that would make sense and what better than a neither mentor and they never went to earth 32 and they gat here the same time and what if the face of his partner is he is real face it is a resemblance to comic savitar

This makes a lot of sense. Especially the H.R and Jesse thing, which is interesting, because if Wally is Savitar, it would be interesting to see if H.R and Jesse played a role in stopping Savitar. I love Quickwest, soo..
In the latest promo, “The Once and Future Flash”, we see Wally in a wheelchair! Wally’s speed is everything to him, and he could blame Barry for taking everything from him.
Savitar told Iris, “I’m sorry you have to die, but it’s you or me.”, and makes sense, Wally would be sorry if he had to kill his sister
