Both shows are starting to look a lot more like Arrow, which is not good. I know the leaf never falls far from the tree, but some of this darkness feels like a step backward, especially given both of these shows appealed to a different audience than Arrows does. I am done with Supergirl. S1 Kara was adorkable and coming into her own. S2 Kara is vanilla, whiny and has the taint of Mon-El. It just longer appeals to me. As to The Flash, I sure hope it finds its sense of humor again or I am done with it, too.
