Thanks for the comment! I agree with just about everything you've said. I should say, though, that there have been a couple of espionage-focused episodes in Season Three. Specifically, "Parting Shot" actually seemed like an episode from a spy show. But, you're right: for the most part, it just seems like the writers can't figure out what they're doing and wildly change course in an effort to find something that works. I was really hoping that Black Bolt and Medusa would make an appearance on the show when I heard that the Inhumans would get worked into the plot. As for where Atillan is, I'm not sure if it really matters if it's in Asia or somewhere else but I agree that the whole Daisy's mom thing didn't make much sense. As for the movie being canceled, I had heard that Inhumans was indefinitely shelved ... so we'll see what happens there. I also agree that the Netflix series are far superior to both of Marvel's ABC products, Agent Carter and AoS. One wonders why Marvel doesn't import some of its screenwriters from its Netflix properties to its network shows. Then again, I didn't understand why Galactus should be a big space cloud rather than a guy with a funny hat in Fantastic Four 2: Rise of the Silver Fishburne ... and that move was GREAT ... (please note sarcasm)

I've attempted multiple times to watch Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. The show took the worst spin ever with the Inhumans story arc. The show is horribly predictable and it's painfully plotted. For a show about spies and intrigue; there's literally no spying, no suspense, no mystery, and ridiculous plot twist after ridiculous plot twist, with no intrigue. I'm a person who's been reading Marvel Comics for years. I get that you have to change some things for TV and the movies; but they completely over reached with the whole Inhumans concept; it was poorly introduced and unnecessary. I can see them actually pulling the upcoming Inhumans movie because of how awfully developed and different the Inhumans on Tv are from those in the comics. Inhumans have a cast system; meaning they have a king and a queen. I have no idea how Hive gets written as a Inhuman; he's not. Hive was introduced in the comics as a creation of HYDRA not the Kree. If they were introduced Medusa, Blackbolt, and the rest of the Inhuman Royal Family it wouldn't make any sense. You'd have 4 major plot tie ins from the Tv show that would have to be ignored if they ever made the film. One, Inhumans have existed for centuries in the city of Attilan. The tv show introduced a place, somewhere in Asia, led by Daisys mother. Two, the tv show is basically treating Inhumans as an alternative to the X-Men; they clearly aren't mutants in that since of being outcasts of modern society because they aren't. Three, Inhumans from the comics stand point are far more technologically advanced than average humans in the comics but not so much on the Tv show. Four, as I mentioned prior, they introduced Hive as the original Inhuman which kills the whole premise of having any other older living Inhumans or royal Family. So, who even cares if AoS ties in with Captain America: Civil War. Netflix's Marvel enterprise seems to be a more cohesive character driven franchise than ABC / Disney's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. I'm pretty sure if ABC cancelled the show it wouldn't be missed.
